Shipment processing time
All orders placed before 11pm will be processed within 2-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transport days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. During the ordering process, a list of shipping companies will be displayed, prices vary depending on your choice
Occasionally there may be delays in delivery.
Shipping confirmation order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number is active within 24 hours.
Customs duties, duties and taxes
Dutchforge.store is not responsible for any duties and taxes imposed on your order. However, all prices include taxes, but any additional fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rodan Textiles is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
refund policy
We strive to provide you with the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to take the product back and refund you the full purchase price.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Request your return authorization number and email info@rodantextiles.com with a detailed reason for the return and images or video of the product that supports your reason. Once approved, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse to which you can ship the product you wish to return.
To ensure your refund please use a trackable email service or use our tracking in your account, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used to make the original purchase.
