We strive to provide you with the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to take the product back and refund you the full purchase price.


    1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and  packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
    2. Request your return authorization number and email support@dutchforge.store with a detailed reason for the return and images or video of the product that supports your reason. Once approved, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse to which you can ship the product you wish to return. 
    3. To ensure your refund, please use a trackable email service or in your account on our website, you can also ask our chatbot, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
    4. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used to make the original purchase.
    5. Refurbished products cannot be returned!


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


Please understand that we issue refunds once your refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been posted back to the card. If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us

How long does the delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 2-6 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@dutchforge.store

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed package deliveries.)


Can you provide me with a tracking number?


All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer once the tracking information is available.


I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?


If this happens to you, email us ASAP, we MAY be able to take care of it. However, we cannot promise anything as all of our items are usually processed immediately after your order and shipped the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we cannot stop it.

We accept no responsibility if you have provided an incomplete and/or incorrect delivery address. Our system processes orders automatically and simply follows what you have delivered.


Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?


Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and fees charged to us by credit card companies for refunds.

Invalid reasons:

  1. The buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example, which we cannot honor if we want to continue to offer good value for money at dutchforge.store. The buyer should make sure that he or she wants to purchase the items before placing an order, not after. After an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in that order.
  2. The buyer found items cheaper elsewhere - The buyer should be sure that he or she is willing to pay the asking prices before placing an order. After an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in that order.
